3. Professional Coaching Relationship

Executive coaching is not therapy, legal or financial advice, or mental health treatment.

You are responsible for your decisions and actions. Coaching results vary and depend on your effort.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential.

We will not disclose your information unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

We expect the same confidentiality from you regarding proprietary materials.

5. Session Logistics, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Coaching sessions are scheduled per mutually agreed times.

To reschedule or cancel, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior. Late cancellations may be charged in full.

Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited and will not be refunded.

6. Fees, Payment, and Refunds

Fees

All program and session fees are listed on our Website or in program materials.

Payment

Payment is due as specified—per-session, package, or in full.

We use third-party processors to process payments securely.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund guarantee only for online courses under strict conditions:

You must complete all modules, watch sessions, attend live calls, submit homework, and join any private community.

You must request the refund in writing within 30 days of purchase, with proof of completion.

Qualifying refunds will be issued via the original payment method; processing times vary.

Access to all course materials will end immediately upon refund.

One-on-one coaching and coaching packages have no refund unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

7. Professional Standards and Scope

We conduct coaching in accordance with ethical standards, including those of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

We may decline service if it falls outside of coaching scope or conflicts with professional ethics.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

General Disclaimer

All services and content are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee results or outcomes.

Liability Cap

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service, program, or content at issue.

No Professional Advice

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to engage fully, complete assignments, and act honestly.

You are responsible for scheduling payments and communicating cancellations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Andrew Devlin and affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these T&C or your actions based on coaching.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, for breach of these T&C.

Upon termination, restrictions and rights under these terms survive.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These T&C are governed by Utah law, with disputes resolved in courts of Washington County, Utah.

You consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Modifications

We may update these T&C at any time; changes take effect when posted.

Continued use after changes signifies agreement.
